GUARANTEE:  Satisfaction guaranteed or return Your order in ten days for credit, refund or replacement (if available).  Prices reflect the condition of individual items.

 

ORDERING:  Via e-mail, simply copy and paste your selections into an e-mail.  By snail mail please include complete item information, we file by UPSS number.

 

PAYMENT:  Items shipped upon receipt of payment.  Payment in U$ funds:  cash, check, money order,    on-line only via   .   Handling charges are $1.00 plus postage per order.  Shipping is charged at actual postage costs.  Insurance, registration, etc. are available at additional cost.  Pennsylvania residents must add 6% sales tax.

 

NOTES:  Mint entires are complete, pre-stamped envelopes that bear no indication of postal use.  This price list also includes unused and preprinted entires.  The majority of classic era official envelopes and wrappers are only available in preprinted form.  UPSS numbers are the assigned catalog number followed by the watermark number (0 means no watermark, 00 means recycled paper), and then by the working die type (if any).   Pencil notations, especially on earlier issues, was a common practice and is not considered to affect the value but, for the benefit of the more particular collector, we have noted the presence of the pencil notations by poB (on the Back), poF (on the Front), or poF/B (on both the Front and the Back).  Items rated as very fine (vf) should be substantially as sold by the Post Office, fine-to-very fine (f/vf) may show minor evidence of handling.
