2010 USPS Postal Stationery Emissions

 

            This listing will be updated as announcements and emissions occur.

 

                        NOTE:  x(y) = face value (actual cost) 

IE:  23(25)¢ means face value is 23¢ but purchase price from the Postal Service is 25¢

 

            As of late NOV 2009, no new designs of postal stationery have been announced.  Koi postal cards, Seabiscuit envelopes and Liberty Bell Forever envelopes will continue to be issued but with the addition of the Cradle to Cradle logo added.  Scott will most likely not issue new catalog numbers for these new issues.  The UPSS should issue new numbers for these issues with the added logo.
